Background:
- HearFirst has been offering Deaf Awareness Training since 2002.
- We are a registered centre for the awarding body Signature and offer both accredited and certificated courses in deaf awareness.
- Every course will have at least one D/deaf tutor and usually two. They have a real depth of knowledge, understanding and a good sense of humour too! They can offer you a true insight and understanding into the world of deafness.
- Our training covers all aspect of deafness e.g. age related deafness, people who are born deaf and also people who have lost their hearing after learning to speak.
- We always offer an interesting blend of theory and fun interaction to ensure everyone is able to participate, enjoy and ‘do’ on all courses.

What can we offer you?
- Accredited qualification in deaf awareness (2 day intensive course)
